Tease and tantalize your fans so they can't resist clicking on your photos. Do it by zooming in on the most interesting part of your photo. When your visitors click on a thumbnail, they'll then see the rest of the picture.
Note: Thumbnail cropping only works in the SmugMug gallery style.
The Easiest Way
In the gallery settings under the Appearance tab, you'll see a Square Thumbnails option. Set that to On.
A Bit More Picky?
Click a corner of the crop box and drag it to adjust the size of the box. Click near the center of the box and drag to move the crop area around.
Once you've got your thumbnail cropped to perfection, click Save Crop.
We'll generate a new thumbnail for your gallery, but in the meantime you can click on the arrows in the tool to proceed to a different image thumbnail to crop.
