To apply an existing Quick Setting to your gallery, select it from the dropdown menu and click the checkmark to apply it. Then click Save.
To delete an existing Quick Setting, select it from the dropdown menu and click the trashcan icon. Note that this will delete that Quick Setting entirely, even if it's currently applied to other galleries. So make sure you want to remove it across your site before deleting.
