Custom Watermark Not Working?

Last Updated: Nov 07, 2011 09:30AM PST
If you've applied your custom watermark to photos and don't see 'em, make sure you've done the following:

  1. Check the pixel dimensions of your Original image. We won't apply watermarks to any photo smaller than 801 pixels on the longest side.

  2. Apply them using the Gallery Tools button. Find it at the top of your gallery, then choose Many Photos > Watermarking.

  3. Give it time! Watermarking can take a few minutes but you can check back later and refresh the page.

  4. This sounds obvious, but make sure that you've picked the correct watermark to apply. It may take a few tries to get it looking right, but you can always edit or delete unwanted watermarks from the Pros tab in your Control Panel

And if our default PROOF watermark is getting applied instead:

  1. Be sure that the file you designed to use as a watermark does isn't hidden via the Hide Photo checkbox.

  2. Did you accidentally delete the watermark image? Visit the Pros tab in your Control Panel  and look under the Watermarking section to re-apply the correct one.

Here's everything you need to know about Watermarking.
