How often do you see something cool and wish there was an easy way to share it with friends?
We can help with that.
One click to tempt them all
By default, you'll see three buttons under each photo in your Journal and SmugMug-style galleries and in the header of any lightbox. Your friends, family and fans can click the familiar icons to share the pics they love.
-
If your visitors are not already logged in to their account at Facebook or Twitter, we'll ask for that first.
-
For Twitter, they can preview and adjust the text before posting the Tweet.
-
The Share button will automatically open up the Be Social feature, where they can enter their own text.
-
In SmugMug And Journal Style Only, for the Like button, we'll post a link to the photo in their Facebook news stream and keep track of how many people clicked it.

Can I turn this off?
Showing the Quick Share buttons in your galleries can be your ticket to mega stardom. It's a simple, intuitive way for your guests to tell their friends what a great photo they saw... and what a great photographer you are.
If this isn't for you, hide those buttons by disabling Social Sharing in your Account Settings Discovery > Social tab. This is the global switch for removing it from all your galleries, pronto.
To disable it at the gallery level, just turn off External Linking, set a viewing password, disable Easy Sharing in the gallery settings, or set Hello World! to No.
