Most SmugMuggers send their friends and family a link to their SmugMug homepage. Clark Kent's mom goes straight to http://superman.smugmug.com.
 

First impressions are everything... so what are your visitors going to see? You choose.

   Smuggers have up to 12 boxes of goodies to show. Decide what to show and what to hide.
    

   When you're logged in, you'll see a Homepage Layout button at the top of your homepage. Click it and you'll see a list of all the goodies available to you. Check ones you like, uncheck the rest.

   • Recent Photos - you choose how many (excludes hidden and SmugVaulted photos, videos and photos in protected galleries)
      
   • Featured Events - for Business pros to market their special occasions
      
   • Around the World - have SmugMug show all your photos on a map!
     
      

   
3. Decide which box goes at the top. What comes after that? Just use the handy links at the top of each box to move it up and down.
    
4. Decide whether to display galleries on your homepage, or display categories instead. More help.
    
5. Click the Visitor View button near the top of your SmugMug homepage.
   

    

   
   

   
   You'll see a preview of what your visitors will see. Notice that for your visitors, there are no edit links or Customize buttons anywhere.
    

6. Have a Power, Portfolio or Business account? Pretty your pages up with a custom header and your own look and feel.
